MARKETING COMMUNICATION SPECIALIST
GENERAL PURPOSE
Supports the planning and implementation of the Company’s marketing communications efforts.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work with the marketing team to support the design and creation of materials in line with the Company’s marketing strategy.
- Create promotional and educational marketing materials using both print and electronic media formats.
- Support tradeshow related activities including the creation of booth graphics and electronic media.
- Support the management of vendor relationships for the production of printed, electronic, photographic and other marketing materials.
- Write and/or edit copy for promotional and public relations efforts.
- Ensure all marketing materials adhere to the Company’s labeling procedures.
- Support website maintenance and the implementation of website user-testing.
- Track and analyze corporate website traffic and leads generated from site.
DESIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education and Experience:
- Bachelors Degree in Communications, Graphic Arts, Marketing, or related field.
- Experience in the creation of both print and electronic media which has been designed for promotional use.
NECESSARY KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Advanced design skills utilizing the full Adobe suite
- Proficiency with video editing software.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, written communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to successfully manage multiple projects and priorities while meeting tight deadlines.
- Capability to travel within the U.S.
