Begin at Logan International Airport on Airport exit and go Northwest for 0.7 miles. Continue on ramp at sign reading  RT-1A North to Revere/Lynn and go North for 0.2 miles. Continue on RT-1A and go Northeast for 2.6 miles. Continue at sign reading  Saugus/N.H.-Maine and US-1 N and go Northeast for about 300 feet. Bear left on RT-60 and go North for 1.0 miles. Continue and go Northwest for about 200 feet. Turn right on RT-60, Squire RD and go Northwest for 0.8 miles. Turn right and go North for 0.3 miles. Bear right on US-1 and go North for 8.3 miles. Bear right on ramp at sign reading  I-95 North to N.H./Maine and go Northeast for 0.4 miles. Continue on I-95 and go North for 38.1 miles. Continue on ramp at sign reading  Exit 4 US-4 RT-16 Spaulding Tpke to N.H. Lakes/White Mts. and go North for 1.1 miles. Continue on ramp at sign reading  US-4 RT-16 Spaulding Tpke to Newington/White Mtns. and go North for 0.3 miles. Bear left on RT-16 Spaulding Tpke and go Northwest for 8.3 miles. Bear right on ramp at sign reading  Exit 7 RT-108 to Dover/Durham and go North 0.2 miles. Turn right on RT-108 and go North for 1.0 miles. Turn right at five way stop onto Washington St and go East for 0.1 miles staying in the right lane (do not take left at sharp corner) go straight towards the covered bridge. Salient Surgical Technologies is in the second large brick building on the right. Go in the tower. At entrance at the left of the building take the stairs to the fourth floor following the Salient Surgical signs to Suite # 400.

From MANCHESTER AIRPORT: (Travel time 1 hour.) Bear left on Airport Road on and go Northwest for about 300 feet. Bear right and go Northwest for about 200 feet. Turn right on RT-3A, Brown Ave at sign reading  I-293 and go North for 1.3 miles. Turn right on ramp at sign reading  RT-101 East to Salem/Portsmouth go Northeast for 0.2 miles. Bear right on I-293, RT-101 and go East for 1.7 miles. Continue on ramp at sign reading  I-93 North RT-101 East to Concord/Portsmouth and go Northeast for 0.8 miles. Continue on RT-101 and go East for 20.4 miles. Continue on ramp at sign reading  Exit 7 RT-125 to Epping/Kingston and go East for 0.3 miles. Turn left on RT-125 at sign reading  Exit 7 to Durham and go North for 9.7 miles. Bear right and go Northeast for less than 100 feet. Bear right on US-4, Concord Tpke and go East for 1.5 miles. Turn right on ramp at sign reading  RT-155 to Lee/Dover and go Southeast for about 300 feet. Turn left on RT-155 and go Northeast for 5.2 miles. Bear right on RT-4, RT-9 and go Northeast for 1.7 miles. Turn right at five way stop onto Washington St and go East for 0.1 miles staying in the right lane (do not take left at sharp corner) go straight towards the covered bridge.
